As of Monday, we have been waiting one week for our Article 5 (second LOA) to arrive at our agency. When we received our NVC letter last Saturday, we had to wait until Monday to fax a copy of it to our agency ~ which we did! So as you can see, we are still waiting...
It is starting to look like we are traveling some time in June. Not sure when...but I will keep you all posted.
Next step after receiving our Article 5, we than wait for TA....

and faxed it off to our agency...
April 21, 2010 ~ NVC's cabled sent to our US Consulate in Guangzhou...
March 22, 2010 ~ LOA arrived!!!!
January 26,2010 ~ CCAA Logged In our Dossier...LID!!!
January 22,2010 ~ Dossier to China...DTC
January 15,2010 ~ CCAI received completed Dossier
June 2009 to January 14, 2010 ~ paper chased
May 16,2009 ~ started paper chasing...
May 15,2009 ~ Received PA...
May 11,2009 ~ LOI was sen to China
May 6,2009 ~ Accepted the Referral!
May 4,2009 ~ Received Referral...
